Client story
Corporate tax filing in a UAE accounting firm runs across many clients, consultants and reviewers at once, and much of it still lives in spreadsheets and email threads.
We had already built an internal filing application for one GCC tax consultancy. Accountify takes what we learned there and turns it into a platform any accounting firm can run.
We modelled the platform on how firms already work with the tax authority: a firm, its staff, its clients, and one engagement per client per tax period.
Each firm works in its own isolated space. Clients are keyed by tax registration number, and each engagement follows one client through one tax period.
Engagements move through registration, taxpayer details, trial balance, other information, free zone, elections, accounting schedules and the master sheet, one step at a time.
Firms upload a trial balance and map every line to the return, with working notes alongside. The original file is always kept.
Owners, admins, consultants and reviewers each see what is theirs, and every engagement moves from in progress to review to submitted.
