The web console behind GE Christian Matrimony's Android and iOS apps: verification, moderation, support and subscriptions in one place. Built with the WebXLR8 practice for our first client as a company.

GE Christian Matrimony began on a WhatsApp group, with the owners in the middle of every introduction. We moved members onto Android and iOS apps, and as the community grew, so did the work behind them: profiles to verify, photos to moderate, reports to act on and members writing in for help.
The team needed one place to run all of it, so that keeping the community safe never depended on someone reading every message.
We built the console around the queues the staff work through every day.
We listed every recurring job, from selfie checks to appeals, and gave each one its own queue with filters, assignees and priorities.
Verification, photo moderation, chat flags, banned words, reports and blocks sit side by side, so a safety concern is never lost between tools.
Tickets and appeals with canned replies, internal notes, assignment and status, so members get an answer and staff see the whole history.
Subscription plans linked to the app stores, plus referrals, campaigns, notification rules and templates the team can change without an app release.
The verification queue, open reports and support tickets at a glance, with growth and revenue charts for any period.
Selfie checks with photo match scores, ordered so paid members come first and then the longest waiting.
Photo moderation, reports and blocks, chat flags and a banned words list.
Filters by status, category, assignee and age, canned replies, replies or internal notes, and priorities.
Plans mapped to App Store and Google Play products, with a checklist that shows what each store still needs.
